Premium Chef's Live CELEBRATION NIGHT

Celebrations to mark the launch of Seibu Prince Global Rewards

In April 2024, we launched our new loyalty program, Seibu Prince Global Rewards, which provides services and benefits at our overseas facilities in addition to our facilities in Japan. This event, based on the concept of celebrating the beginning of a new chapter, featured a live kitchen and live broadcast, and was comprehensively produced by Kazuhiko Shimoi, Corporate Executive Chef of Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts. This very special night was enjoyed together with our Diamond Members.

Gorgeous prix fixe buffet

About 50 dishes and 30 beverages were served in the Ballroom, a banquet hall at The Prince Park Tower, the flagship hotel of Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts.

A live-performing kitchen to stimulate all the senses

Chefs from various hotels greeted guests at the buffet board. As they served the food, they explained the menu and its special features, and the guests enjoyed the moment with them.

Signature dishes from overseas hotels

To commemorate this global expansion, the signature dishes of The Prince Kitano New York, The Prince Akatoki London, and Prince Waikiki were served. Desserts inspired by each of these overseas hotels were also served to introduce the hotels. Chefs in each country offered video recorded explanations of their dishes and sent well-wishes to the guests via screens in the hall.

Introduction of young, next-generation chefs and performance by bartenders

In an interview format, Corporate Executive Chef Shimoi introduced young chefs who have achieved excellent results in both in-house and external competitions and who will lead the new generation. Terunori Monma of the Shinagawa Prince Hotel, winner of numerous awards at competitions, gave a demonstration of flair bartending.

Farewell by all chefs and staff

After the closing ceremony, all the chefs and staff in charge of cooking and service for the event lined up inside and outside the venue to see off the attendees, one by one. As a parting gift, pound cake made with Prince Hotel original chocolate was presented to the guests. This expressed our gratitude for their participation, and our hope that they would enjoy the taste of Prince Hotel at home.
