A special team of sommeliers and service staff, including members of the G7 summit team, provided service. Guests had the opportunity to experience the service of Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts, which welcomes distinguished guests from all over the world.
History of Takanawa
Using videos and materials created especially for this event, Executive Advisor Makoto Yamamoto introduced the history of Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa, which celebrated its 70th anniversary in 2023, and the Kihinkan, a former state residence.
Spectacular dessert time
For dessert, which was served in a different venue, Honorary Executive Chef Takeshi Naito presented a masterful performance of cherries jubilee, often called the queen of desserts. With the desserts so visually pleasing to the eye, the conversation among the gathered guests became even more lively.
