Is there parking available?
We have two affiliated parking lots. We do not accept reservations.
Parking information is as follows
Parking lot adjacent to the hotel: 18 spaces
Cozy parking Tachibana multi-story parking lot*1: 143 spaces
*1: This is a 4-story multi-story parking lot next to Dormy Inn Miyazaki.
*1: Guests must park on the 2nd to 4th floors.
*1: There is no elevator. We recommend that you leave large luggage in your car or leave it at the hotel before parking.
Rates 1,100 yen per night (2:30P.M.-11:30A.M.)
Additional fees will be charged for hours other than those listed above as follows 200 yen for the first 30 minutes, 200 yen per hour thereafter, 600 yen maximum
When the above affiliated parking lots are full, please use other nearby toll parking lots.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00.
*Please note that the check-in time may vary depending on your accommodation plan.
Can I check-in early or check-out late?
As a general rule, no. Member benefits are only available for reservations made through the official website.
However, we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the amount of reservations on the day. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Can I be on the waiting list for a reservation online?
We do not have a waiting list.
The person making the reservation is not the same person as the guest. How do I make a reservation?
When you make a reservation online, there is a step for you to fill in the name of the person staying at the hotel. Please fill in the full name.

Can I change to another plan after making a reservation online?
It depends on the website.
Are there any rules that I need to agree to when I make a reservation online?
What kind of room amenities are available?
You can choose the amenities yourself in the lobby. We have nightwear, toothbrush, razor, hairbrushes, paper cups.
Are there cups in the room?
No, there are no cups available. Paper cups are available in the lobby.
Is there Internet access?
Can I request a "non-smoking room"?
All rooms are non-smoking.
Do you offer Eco-Friendly Action?
Prince Smart Inn does not offer Eco-Friendly Action.
Can the air conditioning in the rooms be adjusted for both heating and cooling?
It cannot be adjusted in each guest room. If you need a blanket, please ask at the front desk.
Do you have connecting rooms?
We do not have connecting rooms.
Do you have any children's fee?
No, there is no children’s fee. Children under 6 are free of charge as long as they are sleeping with you.
Payment FAQs
When should I pay the accommodation fee?
When you make a reservation online, you need to pay in advance by credit card.
How much is the cancellation fee?
If you cancel on the day of your stay, 100% of the room rate will be charged, and if there is no notice of cancellation and you decide not to stay, 100% of the room rate will be charged. The cancellation fee may vary depending on the accommodation plan, so please ask us when you make a reservation.
If you notify on the day of cancellation: 100%
If you do not notify us nor stay: 100%
What credit cards do you accept for payment?
We accept VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, UC, DC, DINERS, UFJ, NICOS, SAISON, SEIBU PRINCE CLUB cards.
Can I use a gift certificate?
Gift certificates are not accepted. Prince Tickets are also not accepted.
Can I use the Seibu Holdings shareholder discount coupon?

Can I use the benefits of SEIBU PRINCE CLUB?
When you make a reservation on the official site, you can use your member benefits. Please click here for more information on the member benefits.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?
You can use the private lockers in the lobby only before checking in on the day of your stay.
Please note that we are unable to keep your luggage in advance (except for the day of your stay) or after check-out.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?
If you wish to send your package in advance, please fill out a form with the guest's name and check-in date.
Can I send a package from the hotel?
There is no courier service at the hotel. Please contact the front desk for information on nearby facilities that offer delivery services.
Do you have foreign currency exchange?
We do not have foreign currency exchange in the hotel. We can recommend you a nearby bank.
Do you have a massage service?
We do not have a massage service.
Do you deliver newspapers?
There is no delivery service.

Do you have a smoking area?
It is located on the 1st floor.
Do you have a vending machine?
It is located on the 2nd floor.
Do you have an ice machine?
It is located on the 2rd floor.
Do you have a laundromat?
It is located on the 2nd floor. You can check the usage status on the TV in your room.
The 500yen coin is not acceptable for laundromat.
Do you have a conference room?
We do not have a conference room.
Do you have a barrier-free restroom?
There is a multipurpose restroom on the 1st floor.
Do you have wheelchairs?
There is one available. Please let our staff know if you would like to use it.
