This renowned restaurant was founded in Bergamo in 1966 by Vittorio Cerea and his wife, Bruna Cerea. It earned one Michelin star in 1978 and two stars in 1996. In 2005, it joined Relais & Châteaux, an association for the world’s finest hotels and restaurants. It has maintained its three Michelin stars for 16 consecutive years since 2010. Today, Enrico Cerea (Chicco) and Roberto Cerea (Bobo)—the second generation of the Cerea family—carry forward this culinary tradition and philosophy, continuing to create a restaurant of the highest caliber alongside their mother, Bruna Cerea, their brother Francesco Cerea, and their sister Rossella Cerea. Nestled in the lush hills near Bergamo, the restaurant also features a boutique hotel.
