After getting off at the Hakone-en Bus Stop, look for the blue sign that says “Prince Shopping Plaza / The Prince Hakone Lake Ashinoko.”
Use this as a landmark and proceed toward the Prince Shopping Plaza building.
There is a covered walkway along the way.
From Hakone-en Bus Stop to Front Desk
※Along the way, there is also a link to the “Elevator Route” for guests who wish to use the elevator, so please feel free to refer to it as well.
Walk straight through the arcade (covered walkway), and at the end, continue into the connecting passageway that leads to the Main Building of the hotel.
Follow the connecting passageway, and you will soon see the entrance to The Prince Hakone Lake Ashinoko Main Building ahead.
Enter through the automatic doors, then proceed to the left.

Continue along the corridor and turn right at the end.
You will find a staircase on your right.
Go up the stairs, and you will arrive at the Main Building Front Desk.
