What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00.
*Please note that the check-in time may vary depending on your accommodation plan.
Can I check-in early or check-out late?
This service is provided for a fee. Membership benefits are available only for reservations made through the official website.
However, depending on availability on that day, we may not always be able to meet your request. We thank you for your understanding.
I have booked several rooms at once, what information do I need to check in?
If you have reserved several rooms, you will need to check in for the number of rooms you have reserved.
However, if you provide us with the full name of the representative for each room in advance, we will register it so that you can check in using the name search for each room when you check in. This is the easiest way to check in, so we would appreciate it if you could provide us with the names of the guests in advance.
How do I check out?
Press the “check-out” button on the automatic check-out machine and return one card key per room to the machine.
If you have two card keys for one room, please put the other one in the box in front of the machine.
If you put the second card key into the machine or use two machines to check out one room at the same time, an error will occur and you will not be able to settle the bill correctly.
Can I be on the waiting list for a reservation online?
We do not have a waiting list.
The person making the reservation is not the same person as the guest. How do I make a reservation?
When you make a reservation online, there is a step for you to fill in the name of the person staying at the hotel. Please fill in the full name.

Can I change to another plan after making a reservation online?
It is possible to change the plan, but please cancel the previous reservation by yourself after making a new reservation.
Are there any rules that I need to agree to when I make a reservation online?

What kind of room amenities are available?
You can choose the amenities yourself in the lobby. We have toothbrush, razor, brush.
Can minors only stay at the hotel?
If only minors are staying, we require them to submit a "Parental Accommodation Consent Form."
Please notify us in advance and we will send you the form via email, so please submit it to the front desk when you check in.
Is there Internet access?
Free Wi-Fi is available.
Can I request a "non-smoking room"?
All rooms are non-smoking.
Can the air conditioning in the rooms be adjusted for both heating and cooling?
The temperature can be adjusted individually for each guest room. Use the remote control in the room to adjust the temperature.
Do you have connecting rooms?
We do not have connecting rooms.
How many people can sleep with you per room?
No, there is no children’s fee. Children under 6 are free of charge as long as they are sleeping with you.
Do you have any children's fee?
There are no child rates.
Preschool children can stay free of charge if they share an existing bed. For elementary school students and above, adult rates apply, so please make a reservation as one adult.
Is there a bathtub in the room?
Standard double rooms and standard twin rooms do not have bathtub facilities. A shower booth is installed instead of a bathtub. Please check the official website for reference images.

Payment FAQs
When should I pay the accommodation fee?
When you make a reservation online, you need to pay in advance by credit card.
How much is the cancellation fee?
If you cancel on the day of your stay, 100% of the room rate will be charged, and if there is no notice of cancellation and you decide not to stay, 100% of the room rate will be charged. The cancellation fee may vary depending on the accommodation plan, so please ask us when you make a reservation.

What credit cards do you accept for payment?
We accept VISA, MASTER, AMEX, UC, DC, DINERS, UFJ, NICOS, SAISON, SEIBU PRINCE CLUB..
Is cash payment available? Can I use points?
Cash payment is not available.
Hotel & Leisure POINT and SEIBU Smile POINTS cannot be used for payment.
I don't have a credit card, are there other settlement options available locally?
Yes, you can use the following payment methods at the front counter. The following payment methods are available at the front counter.
Electronic money (PayPay, Rakuten Pay, d-pay, aupay), transport system IC cards, iD, QUICPay, Rakuten Edy
Will I be asked to enter a password when I pre-pay with my card?
You will only be asked to enter your password if you have applied for the Identity Authentication Service with your credit card company and have registered a password.

Can I use a gift certificate?
Gift certificates are not accepted. Prince Tickets are also not accepted.
Can I use the Seibu Holdings shareholder discount coupon?
It is not accepted.
Service FAQs
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?
There are lockers on the first floor for guests to leave their belongings. There are also large lockers that can accommodate carry-on luggage.
*For use by guests only. We are not able to store luggage after check-out.
How can I use the lockers?
Press the “Issue locker key” button on the self-service check-in machine panel, and once the reservation search is completed, a form with a 2D barcode printed on it will be issued. Please operate the panel in the locker room in the following order:
‘Deposit’ → scan the 2D barcode → select a locker.
A deposit slip will be issued after the deposit is completed. The 2D barcode is required to unlock the locker, so please keep it in a safe place.
Until what time can I use the lockers?
You can leave your luggage in the lockers until 3pm on the day of check-in. Please pick up your luggage by 12pm on the day of check-in. Please note that lockers that are not picked up after 12pm may be in storage error due to the system and will be collected by hotel staff.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?
If you wish to send your package in advance, please fill out a form with the guest's name and check-in date.
Can I send luggage via refrigerated delivery?
No.We are unable to accept refrigerated or frozen luggage or food items at the hotel front desk.
Can I send a package from the hotel?
There is no courier service at the hotel. Please contact the front desk for information on nearby facilities that offer delivery services.
I left something at the hotel. Can you ship it to me?
Yes. We only accept cash-on-delivery delivery.
To avoid sending the item to the wrong address, please inform the hotel staff of your check-out date, room number, and characteristics of the item (color, size, pattern, brand name, etc.). Once you have confirmed this, please provide the hotel staff with the recipient's name (full name in kanji), delivery address, a daytime phone number, and the desired date and time of pickup.
*Please note that we may not be able to ship valuable items as many shipping companies do not accept cash-on-delivery.
I left something at the hotel. How long will it be kept for?
We keep it for three months from the date of acquisition.
Valuable items are reported to the police station after acquisition. If you would like to check your lost items, please contact the hotel front desk with your check-out date and room number.
Can I exchange money?
No. The hotel does not have a currency exchange service. The hotel reception does not accept cash.
Do you have foreign currency exchange?
We do not have foreign currency exchange in the hotel. We can recommend you a nearby bank.
Do you have a massage service?
There are no services available. In addition, we do not allow anyone other than guests to enter the guest rooms.
Do you deliver newspapers?
There is no delivery service.
Hotel Facility FAQs
Do you have a smoking area?
All rooms are non-smoking. There is a smoking area on the 1st floor.
Do you have a vending machine?
It is located on the 2nd floor.
Do you have an ice machine?
It is located on the 2nd floor.
Do you have a laundromat?
It is located on the 2nd floor.
Do you have a barrier-free restroom?
There is a multipurpose restroom on the 1st floor.
Do you have wheelchairs?
One is available for use in the hotel building. Please ask a member of staff if you wish to use it.
Is there an extension to the front desk?
There is a wall-mounted receiver at the front of the lift. If you lift the receiver, you will be connected to the hotel reception.
Are cutlery such as chopsticks available for loan/disposable items?
No, we do not provide them.
Are glasses available for hire?
No, other than paper cups are not available.
Do I need to request a cleaning service?
We visit your room in order between 10am and 2pm every day.
If you wish to have your sheets changed, please move them in advance as we cannot touch any luggage on the bed.
If you wish to request no cleaning, there is a ‘DO NOT DISTARB’ card in the room, which you can hang on the doorknob on the corridor side, and we will not clean the room. Please try to have the card switched off before the cleaning starts at 10am.
Hotel restaurant FAQs
Is breakfast included in the plan?
One meal per person is provided free of charge in all accommodation plans. This is based on the number of people who have made a reservation, so those who have not made a reservation in advance are not eligible. If required, the meal can be purchased for a fee. Please order directly from the restaurant cashier.
What time is breakfast served?
From 6.30am to 11am.
How do I receive breakfast?
Your room key is your breakfast ticket. Please present your room key at the restaurant counter.
Is take-away available?
Please inform the restaurant staff that you would like to take away and they will prepare a wrapped takeaway for you.
If you would like to order takeaway at the opening of the restaurant at 6.30am, please make a reservation at the front desk. For other times, please order directly from the restaurant staff.
Is breakfast free for children sleeping with me?
No, children do not receive free breakfast.
We issue room keys based on the number of people staying in the room and children sleeping in the room are not eligible for free breakfast as they stay for free.
The same breakfast is available in the restaurant, so please order and pay for it at the restaurant cashier.
Are you open for lunch?
The restaurant is open between 11am and 1pm on weekdays only.
The menu varies depending on the season, so please check with the restaurant for details.
About affiliated parking lots FAQ
Is there a parking lot?
We have 2 parking lots and if you use it, we can discount it for staying guests.
Place 1: First one is plane parking lot. It is located next to our hotel (The gate is facing “Taisei Gintengai” street)
Place 2: Second one is multistory parking lot on the next hotel ""dormy inn Miyazaki"" 2nd floor to 4th floor. (The gate is facing “Tachibana Dori”)
※We don't accept any reservation for parking space and we cannot hold your parking space for you while you out.
Price: ¥1,100 for 1 night(2:30P.M. to 11:30 A.M)
※The additional charge is ¥200 for first 30 min and¥200/60 min after that first 30min.
You should pay additional fee at the gate of parking lot.
You can move your car as many times as you want, however we cannot change the price when you come buck and if it is full.
How to discount: Please show us your parking card at the reception counter and we can stamp the “宿泊限定” stamp that means your card has already discounted for ¥1,100/night.
How to pay: You will pay for it at the check- out machine when you check-out. That machine accept credit card only.
Can I drive in and out of the car park?
You can take your car in and out of the partner car park as many times as you like.
There are no additional charges, but please understand that even if the car park is full when you return, we will not be able to change the rate.
If the car park is full, are there any other car parks that offer a discount?
If the partner car park is full, we ask you to use a nearby coin-operated car park as there are no discounted car parks available. Please note that the front desk staff will not be able to provide you with information on parking rates, as they may vary.
I parked in the flap-type car park on the 1st floor of Cozy Park, behind the hotel, is that part of the partnership?
The flap-type car park is not affiliated with the hotel.
The hotel's affiliated parking spaces in the Dormy Inn Miyazaki multi-storey car park are on the 2nd to 4th floors of the four-storey building.
