- Can I change or cancel my reservation?

What food and drink options are available
at the TOWER BAR (garden standing area)? -
The food menu consists solely of dry snacks. If you’d like to enjoy a meal, please consider our advance-reservation plans or dining at one of our hotel restaurants. For drinks, we offer event-exclusive original cocktails and mocktails, as well as draft beer, soft drinks, and more.
- Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed (Due to the use of sparklers in the garden, we do not permit pets for safety reasons).
About OMEKASHI Closet
- What's included in the OMEKASHI Closet fee?

The fee includes rental of a yukata, obi sash, and geta sandals, as well as dressing assistance.
- Hair and makeup services and accessories are not provided.
- Yukata undergarments and body-shaping towels are not provided. Please bring your own if needed.
- Where does the dressing take place?

In the party room on the restaurant floor (level B1).
Please come directly to the venue at your reserved time. - How many varieties of yukata are available?

Approximately 20–30 types are available each day. *For men, there are about 5 patterns.
The selection of yukata patterns and sizes is limited.
If you’d prefer to choose from a wider selection, making a reservation for an earlier time slot is recommended. - Can I be dressed in my own yukata?

Yes, that is possible. *The fee is the same as for rental yukatas.
Guests using their own yukata must provide all required dressing items
(obi, koshi-himo cords, obi board, dressing belt, datejime, and kimono clips). - How long does dressing take?

About 30 minutes.
- Is there anywhere to check my bags?
