Please read the following rules for safety.

• Please bring your swimsuit and flip flops to the pool.
• Sky Pool and Diamond Pool are exclusive to visitors with pool admission tickets. Guests must be over the age of 16 to use the Sky Pool.
• Please note that for safety reasons, the pool may be closed due to weather conditions.
• Dangerous or violent acts (diving and similar acts, dunking people, throwing objects and people, and other acts deemed dangerous by the staff) are prohibited.
• Smoking is prohibited in Sky Pool and Diamond Pool areas.
• The following items are not permitted in Sky Pool and Diamond Pool areas.
  1. (1) Food, drink and alcoholic beverages

     Water bottles and plastic bottles are allowed. However, this is limited to non-alcoholic beverages.

  2. (2) Picnic blankets and beach parasols
  3. (3) Beach mats, dolphin-shaped inflatable equipment, beach balls, water guns, and other toys (inflatable rings up to 90 cm diameter are permitted).

     Some toys are available at the pool.

  4. (4) Glasses, sunglasses, and other accessories must be removed before entering the pool.

     Goggles may be worn.

  5. (5) Fins and snorkels
  6. (6) Camping and outdoor equipment.
  7. (7) Speakers and other items that may disturb other guests
  8. (8) Any other item deemed dangerous by lifesavers
• Anyone involved in organized crime, companies affiliated with organized crime, other antisocial forces or groups, and guests with tattoos or fashion tattoos (including body paint and stickers) are strictly prohibited from entering.
• Please refrain from swimming in anything other clothing than swimsuits (including rash guards) and from wearing excessively revealing swimsuits (thongs, etc.).
• In accordance with public health guidance, admission will be refused in the following cases:
  1. (1) Anyone with fungal conditions, pyogenic bacterial conditions, skin diseases, or other contagious diseases.
  2. (2) Anyone with fever, conjunctivitis, or laryngitis.
  3. (3) Anyone with a bandaged injury.
• Please leave your valuables at the front desk.
• Please do not take pictures of other guests without permission.
• The hotel is not responsible for any injuries that occur in the pool.
• Please prepare yourself by doing warm-up exercises before entering the pool. To help us maintain water quality and hygiene, please shower before entering the pool.
• The hotel is not responsible for any problems that may occur between guests.
• Please follow the instructions of the hotel staffs for any other matters not covered above. If you do not follow these rules, you may be asked to leave the premises.
  In such cases, admission fees and tickets will not be refunded.
