■International flight service

From the hotel to Haneda Airport

[1] Drop off your luggage at the hotel front desk, bell desk or delivery service counter. (The luggage drop-off location can vary by hotel, so please confirm ahead.)
[2] You will be asked to fill in a special luggage tag, and will receive a luggage claim ticket. Confirm the luggage pick-up location and time at Haneda Airport.

Your luggage will be available for pickup at the JAL ABC Departure Counter within Haneda Airport.

* Deliver service is only available from the hotel to Haneda Airport for international flights.



■Domestic flight service

From Haneda Airport to the hotel

[1] You can drop off your luggage at the Yamato Transport Home Delivery Counter within Haneda Airport. (The counter can be found on the 1st floor of the Terminal 1 & 2 arrival lobby.)
[2] You will be asked to fill in a special tag when your luggage is collected. (Please indicate the name of the hotel where you will be staying.)
[3] You will then be given a luggage claim ticket. Confirm the time that your luggage can be picked up at your hotel.

From the hotel to Haneda Airport

(1) What is the Prince Delivery Service?

・The Prince Delivery Service (this Service, below) is a luggage delivery service available to customers who wish to transport their luggage between the Prince hotels (the Hotel, below) listed below and Haneda Airport. This Service is only available to individual customers who have stayed or will stay at the Hotel and have an international or domestic flight departing from or arriving at Haneda Airport on the same day.

・Transportation of the luggage is performed by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. (Yamato Transport, below). In the provision of this Service, the Hotel serves to introduce and assist in the reservation of Yamato Transport for delivery. The Hotel does not provide the actual delivery service.

(2) What sort of luggage can be delivered?

● Suit cases & carrying cases
Depth + width + height is within 160 cm, and weight is within 25 kg
● Bags (Boston bags, hand bags)
Depth + width + height is within 120 cm, and weight is within 15 kg

* Only luggage that will be picked up for a flight or stay at the Hotel on the same day can be delivered through this service.
For customers making use of an international flight, the service is limited to departing flights between 6:00P.M. and 2:00 A.M. (next day).

(3) What are the primary types of luggage that cannot be delivered?

・Luggage that does not meet the conditions listed under Item (2).

・Luggage that is weak to pressure and cannot be stacked

・Luggage that is two or more items strapped or tied together, or luggage that has the risk of items or parts falling

* Cardboard boxes, paper bags, and open bags cannot be accepted.

(4) Do not include any of the following items in luggage for delivery. The Hotel and Yamato Transport cannot accept responsibility in the event of loss or damage of the following items.

・Items that are susceptible to damage by pressure, vibration or shock such as computers, electronic devices, ceramics and glass bottles.

・Fresh flowers, fresh fruits, perishable foods, refrigerated or frozen, items that require cooling or humidity maintenance, drinks or liquid items

・Items that cannot be accepted under the terms of Yamato Transport’s delivery service.

(5) Luggage pick-up

・Your receipt (customer receipt) will be exchanged for your luggage, so be sure to bring your receipt when you pick up your luggage. If your receipt is not available when you pick up your luggage, it may not be possible to receive your luggage.

・Carefully check and confirm your luggage during pick up. Absolutely no responsibility for compensation will be accepted after pick up of the luggage.

・Due to factors such as traffic congestion, your luggage may not be available for pick-up at the desired time.

・Note that luggage that is left without contact for over one month past the pick-up date may be subject to disposal.

(6) When luggage is unavailable for pick-up

・If luggage delivered to the airport is not available for pick-up due to traffic conditions or other extenuating circumstances, Yamato Transport will deliver the luggage to your desired location the next day (or two days following depending on location) or later on a pay-on-delivery basis. You will be asked to fill out the pay-on-delivery invoice at the airport. Yamato Transport will place a specialty protective cover on your suitcase or bag for pay-on-delivery when it is shipped.

・Yamato Transport undertakes responsibility for the transport of your luggage, and in the event of damage or loss of your items, will offer compensation to an upper limit of 300,000 JPY.

(7) Other notes

・If this Service is used by a customer who does not meet the conditions of use, we may request payment of the standard delivery fare for Yamato Transport’s service.

・If your receipt is lost, we will be required to make a copy of a form of personal identification, such as driver’s license or insurance card.

・Any rules or conditions not listed on your receipt are subject to the terms of Yamato Transport’s delivery service.
